The serious part of the trip (but with colorful pens)
Let’s be honest: this Backpacker Kit might just be the most boring part of this whole adventure… but also one of the most essential for any traveler.
I’m also a big fan of going with the flow and, if you’ve read My Travel Diary or seen me around on social media (like IG@blog_myworldaround) you would know what I mean. I’m more of the wide-eyed-wanderer type than the checklist queen, to be honest.
Getting Myself Organized
(Rookie Nomad – Level 1))
Trust me, having a look at the sections of this Backpacker Kit I’m about to share will be more useful than you think. I, for one, would have loved to find everything explained and gathered in one place.
I remember starting out writing the important stuff down in a little notebook with colored pens, only to end up visiting 200 different websites and even heading all the way to the official Ministry to get info. Yes, to the Ministry. (Not kidding).
In the end, you just waste time going back and forth. Then again, feel free to do it your way — there’s no one right way to travel. But I do hope this helped point you in the right direction ☘︎

A Survival Guide (More or Less)
I won’t ramble too much here, because let’s be real — this isn’t exactly the part I find the most exciting either. I’ll be uploading everything little by little, but fair warning: there are things you just can’t leave for the last minute unless you want to risk messing up your trip (or, you know… your own life. Harsh, but true). So, without further ado, let’s kick off this lovely space.
Also, just so you know — I’ll be leaving a comments section in each post, so we can share tips with each other. I’ll try to help whenever I can and respond when I have answers. ☟
