If you’ve made it this far and you’re curious to know who’s this anonymous backpacker traveler, I get it.
I bet you’re wondering:
“Hang on… what kind of person starts a blog and refuses to reveal who she is? Did she nick the Mona Lisa and is now on the run from Interpol?”
Spoiler: No (although that would make for a cracking story).
The truth is, I’m still in Madrid, prepping for my big backpacking adventure and, while I’m dying to spill all the details, there are a few solid reasons why, for now, my identity will remain a mystery. Nothing dark or dodgy, just a mix of strategy, family survival tactics… and, alright, a tiny bit of superstition.

- Currently in Madrid (for now), though my internal compass is already pointing elsewhere.
- My best travel buddies? My backpack, Iki, and a tiny plush mouse called Gai. “No, not because I need to sleep with a stuffed animal (or so I say), but because I think it’s a brilliant idea to have him as my personal travel model.”
- My inner compass always points towards adventure… even if my sense of direction doesn’t always agree.
- Travelling, for me, isn’t just about discovering places—it’s also about trying every single food possible (yes, even the ones with warnings like “Not for the faint-hearted”).
- I’m obsessed with personal development books, stories that make you reflect, and basically anything that helps me grow—mentally, spiritually, or just as a person.
- I started this blog with the dream of documenting my travels, sharing my experiences and, hopefully, proving that taking this leap was the best kind of madness I’ve ever embarked on.
- Music is my constant companion. From a good acoustic track to something with a flamenco twist, there’s always a perfect song for every moment.
And while my name may still be a mystery, one thing’s no secret—I’m gearing up for something big. So, if you fancy following this story in real-time… Welcome aboard! ♥
